Myuhc customization request

There a two types of customizations available for National Accounts, standard and non-standard. Standard customizations are listed in the Intake Guide and have set parameters.

Non-standard customization request are for customer specific customizations not listed in the Intake Guide. Non-standard customzations are processed through the Exception Management Process and require discovery,  business approval and prioritization before any delivery committments.
